[HISTORY]Southern Spirit Co. was founded by Marc Van Rooyen, a proud South African with a passion for sharing the flavours and stories of home with the world. Having grown up surrounded by the wild beauty of the Cape, the founder recognised that South Africa’s diverse landscapes — from the citrus groves of the coast to the vast botanicals of the Karoo — held a treasure trove of ingredients that deserved a global stage.
